13 months old

As of now I have a whopping 12 TWELVE teeth!!! That's a lot of teeth and whole lot of pain for a 13 month old. But as the old saying goes, "No pain, no gain," and I am ready for my steak.

I am kind of walking now. I took my first steps on my birthday and have been taking a few steps every day. I can still get where I want to faster if I crawl. So that is what I do. Mommy catches me practicing my strut every now and then though. I am getting pretty good, I just can't seem to commit.

I am weighing in at a little over 11 kilos, for you Americans out there, that's 24.2 lbs. I am only about 4-5 lbs lighter than my older sister. Yep, I am going to take her down one of these days.

Other than pushing those teeth through, I am one happy baby boy.

ONE Year Old

Can you believe I am a year old?! Mommy can't hardly believe it. Here are just a few pictures from the day. Mommy and daddy threw me a big Macedonian style party at a pizza place. It was beyond exhausting, but it was fun!

The first year of life has been a blast. The Macedonians all call me "tempermental" and I guess they are right. When I am happy, I am REALLY happy --all smiles showing off my eight teeth. But when I am ill, there is really no consoling me.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. I had a great one.

Growing Growing Grown

Well, I am not grown yet, but I sure am getting big. I weigh almost as much as my sister which isn't saying much seeing as she is tiny. I am starting to stand by myself. I am in to everything. I have made a deal with Kate to leave the bathroom door open every time she finishes using the potty so I can go in and play in the toilet. Nope, mommy can't turn her head for one second. I am keeping her on her toes which is what I am supposed to do, right?!

9 Months

I am 9 months old today! I am pretty active these days. I am crawling all over the place and trying to pull up on everything. I am eating everything. I am a very happy little fellow.

Picture Time Again-- 6 months and then some

Mommy missed my 6 month birthday. I think we had just gotten back from Greece when it rolled around and we had to leave for a weekend the next day and she was doing laundry like crazy. Anyway, I am six months+ now and I am evidently quite a big boy. When they weighed me at the hospital I was 18.5 pounds. That was three weeks ago. I am probably as big as Kate by now. I am sitting up all by myself now, but mommy keeps some pillows around me just in case I reach too far for that toy and fall over. I have started eating cereal, finally. I LOVE it! Keep the real food coming. Mommy tried bananas the other day. I dig those too, but enough with the girlie food. When do I get my first double quarter pounder with cheese, mushrooms and onions. YUM!

Life is good. I am a happy boy and love to laugh and play. But don't get on my bad side. I have got a temper, but I mean c'mon, who doesn't?!
